14-DAY RETURN
Do you need to exchange or return your purchase? We are ready for you! You can do this within 14 days of delivery. You can exchange or return quickly and easily by clicking here.
RETURNS PERIOD: We have a return period of 14 days during which the customer can return his or her package without giving a reason. These 14 days start when the package is received. Please note that the return must be sent back to us within these 14 days.
RETURN POLICIES: All items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition, suitable for resale, with tags still attached to the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.RETURN COSTS: Return costs are your responsibility, depending on the carrier and the country you are returning your package from.
RETURNS PROCESSING TIME: If you indicate that you want to exchange a product when registering your return, we will start working on this immediately. This way we can ensure that your exchange is completed within a few days.
We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. After we have received your return in our warehouse, we will process it within 10 working days. You can see when the package has arrived at our warehouse on the track and trace that you receive with your return. The 10 working days start from that moment. You will receive a notification after the refund has been made. Please note that it may take up to 3 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

  • What can I do if my exchange product is no longer available?
Ask our customer service team about the possibilities. We will give you an update on when we expect to be able to deliver the product. If you have already created your return and the product is sold out, we will contact you and work with you to find a solution.
  • Where can I find my order number to register my return?
You will find your order number in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. This is a five-digit code. If you have not received this email correctly, our customer service team will be happy to assist you.
  • What should I do if a product is delivered defective or damaged?
Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that a product is damaged during shipping or production. We will of course be happy to resolve this with you. Send a message to mohks.oh@gmail.com with a photo of the complaint. Our customer service team will work with you as soon as possible to find a solution.
  • What should I do if I want to return my order outside the return period?
Please remember to deliver your return within 14 days before the returns period ends. In the unlikely event that this is not successful, we will offer you the option to exchange the product for a replacement or a voucher. Ask our customer service team about the possibilities.
